QLI Terms and Conditions for SMS Messaging
Effective Date: January 16, 2026
Introduction
By joining the SMS program offered by Quality Living, Inc. (QLI), consent is granted to receive recurring text messages, including notifications, updates, and reminders, sent to the number provided. Messages are delivered in accordance with these Terms that adhere to TCPA (2025) and CTIA Best Practices.
Opt-In Consent
In accordance with the 2025 TCPA guidelines, participation in QLI’s SMS service requires explicit one-to-one consent. This means that by opting in, consent is given to receive messages from QLI only. Consent cannot be shared with other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.
Join QLI’s SMS program and opt in through the following methods, in compliance with the 2025 CTIA Guidelines:
- Web Form: Provide consent by checking a clearly labeled checkbox explicitly stating SMS program enrollment during the opt-in process.
- In-Person Electronic Consent: Sign or complete an electronic intake form that includes a dedicated section with clear language outlining SMS consent.
Message Frequency
The SMS message frequency varies and will not exceed three to five messages unless triggered by a notification event. Messages and data rates may apply. Refer to your carrier’s terms and conditions for details.
Opt-Out Process and Individual Choices
Individuals may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from QLI at any time by:
• Texting “STOP” to the number from which the message was received to unsubscribe immediately.

Terms of Consent
Consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchase. Informational messages may be delivered as described at opt-in.
Privacy Policy
Mobile numbers and interaction data are governed by the Privacy Policy. Data is used solely for SMS delivery purposes.
Message and Data Rates
Standard rates may apply per your carrier plan. QLI is not liable for carrier charges.
Record-Keeping & Compliance
QLI will retain all opt-in and opt-out records, including timestamps and consents to comply with state and federal guidelines.
Changes to Terms
QLI reserves the right to update these Terms. QLI will notify individuals of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on its website or via SMS. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Individuals are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any updates.

Message delivery depends on carrier networks, and QLI cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery times.
