Introduction
At Quality Living, Inc. (QLI), QLI values the privacy of individuals and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how QLI collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when individuals opt in to receive SMS/text messages from QLI. By enrolling you agree to these term, which comply with the 2025 Telephone Customer Protection Act, Campaign Registry requirements, and CTIA Best Practices.
Information Collected
When individuals agree to SMS/texting services, QLI may collect the following information: phone number (required to send SMS/text messages), name (optional), message interaction data, and consent records.
Text Messaging Limitations and PHI Protection
QLI has the option to communicate via text messaging. Text messages are not secure communications, which means QLI has no way of controlling whether an unauthorized party outside of QLI accesses the texts or any protected health information (PHI) contained in these messages.
In an effort to protect PHI, QLI will not use clients’ full names, dates of birth, or Social Security numbers in text messages. QLI will limit information sent in these messages to the minimum necessary.
How QLI Uses Information
QLI uses the information collected to:
• Send updates, reminders, and other information via SMS/text messages per your opt-in preferences.
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• Improve services and messaging, measure engagement, and develop new features.
- Demonstrate regulatory compliance (TCPA2025, Campaign Registry).
Sharing of Information
QLI does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal information to outside parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. QLI may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors that assist QLI in operating SMS/texting services and supporting business operations with strict confidentially regarding SMS delivery.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale of company assets, or other business transaction.
• National Do Not Call Registry (DNC) protections apply to SMS; we honor existing DNC registrations unless designated.
Message Frequency and Data Rates
The SMS message frequency varies and will not exceed three to five messages unless triggered by a notification event. Messages and data rates may apply. Refer to your carrier’s terms and conditions for details.
Individual Choices
Individuals may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from QLI at any time by:
• Texting “STOP” to the number to unsubscribe immediately.

Please note that even if individuals opt out of receiving promotional messages, QLI may still send
transactional or administrative messages.

Data Security
QLI implements a variety of security measures to help maintain the safety of personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Record Retention and Proof of Consent
QLI will retain all opt-in and opt-out records, including timestamps and consents to comply with state and federal guidelines.
Children’s Privacy
QLI’s SMS/texting services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. QLI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If QLI becomes aware that information has been collected from a child under 13, QLI will take steps to delete such information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
QLI may update this Privacy Policy as regulations evolve. QLI will notify individuals of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on its website, updating electronic consents, or via SMS. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Individuals are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
